Welcome to Best In Yoga! We are Kelly and Troy, a husband and wife team. We created Best In Yoga to provide you with helpful, relevant information about yoga, meditation, and wellness.
Who Is Kelly?
I fell in love teaching yoga (Hatha) after many years of intense sports training (basketball) and additional exercise. During my initial yoga practice, I began to learn and understand that yoga isn’t just about “stretching” or being in the “zen” state. Instead, it’s a set of principles to help us live an awesome, aware life that feels amazing. Practicing and teaching yoga has helped me to understand the awesome abilities we have as humans, and I have learned to be more patient and open-hearted as well.
Who Is Troy?
Contrary to Kelly, I’m more into the intense workouts involving heavy barbells. Because of our relationship, I understand and appreciate the importance of yoga and how much it can positively impact your life – more than just physically. Most people I encounter, whether it’s at the gym or elsewhere, immediately assume and say “I can’t do yoga – I’m not flexible enough”. Our goal with Best In Yoga is to provide helpful information about our experiences and the products we’ve researched and/or tested.
